Starting in early november, a room will be available in our house on Leo XIII Street. The room is 15m² and will be delivered clean. The rent is €450 per month, which includes gas, water, electricity, internet, and a cleaning service. The house is fully equipped with:

- A new kitchen
- Rooftop terrace
- Large garden
- 2 washing machines and 2 dryers

It’s a 5-minute bike ride to the city center and only 10 minutes to the university. Feel free to message me if you're interested!
