About the place

A small room is available per June 1st (or earlier possible).
The 7m2 room is situated on the 1st floor, and has a built-in closet inside the room.
Wifi connection available, and additionally the room also has 2 LAN ports that can be used to make a connection to the internet via cable.

The house is located in a strategic location (+- 8 mnts to University by bike, 3 mnts to supermarket (Albert Heijn / Jumbo / Plus / Aldi) & sport center (Basic fit / Club Pelikaan), and 15 mnts to City Centre).
It has a livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and toilet which are shared with 4 other housemates.
A washing machine and a dryer are also available for use.

The room is unfurnished ; The rent is € 325 / month (including utilities) + 1 month deposit is required.

There is a possibility to move to a bigger room in the house once it becomes available.

Smoking in the house is not allowed!
