About the place

Hi room seeking girls! 🤗

We are looking for a social roommate that will come live with us in our apartment! We are both Dutch but we also speak English! We love to socialize and do fun things like drinks, movie nights, cooking together, and more! But there is also room to do your own thing of course! That is why we do not like obligations and we spontaneously make arrangements.

Our apartment has a kitchen, living room, bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet, a balcony next to the kitchen, and a storage room for bicycles and other things. We live in a quiet place, 5 minutes walking distance from the Tilburg Uni and 5 minutes by bike to Avans Hogeschool. There is an AH within walking distance, and it is 5 minutes by bike to the Jumbo, Kruidvat, Hema, Action and more. It is 15 minutes by bike to the Tilburg center.

The rent of the apartment is € 425, - incl. per month. The room is 6.5m2, a loft bed would be a good idea. There is off-course enough space in the living room to study if you'd like.
We also have 3 super adorable pet rats, but they do not walk around the apartment.
The room is available from mid-February and possibly earlier in consultation. The room comes equipped with curtains and a lamp.
