This room is ideally located between the edge of the city center and Tilburg University, providing both convenience and accessibility.

It’s only a 5-minute bike ride to all major amenities.

The room is equipped with a 90x200 cm bed with bedding, a desk, a wardrobe, a mirror, a private balcony, and a storage cabinet. Carefully selected artwork and warm lighting create a calm, welcoming environment—perfect for students far from home.

All furniture is brand new, and both the room and the apartment have been fully renovated.

The apartment features a spacious kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, air fryer, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, and waste separation bins. Each tenant receives an individual basket containing kitchen towels, cutlery, glasses, mugs, and plates. Additionally, newly purchased pots and pans are available for communal use.
