Recognized by the Tilburg Rental Council as one of the best and cleanest student accommodations in the city, Room 1 has been thoughtfully designed to meet high standards while offering a cozy, homely atmosphere for international students. 

This room is the last of our five newly available rooms and will be ready for occupancy starting February 1, 2025. The apartment complex is ideally located between the edge of the city center and Tilburg University, offering both convenience and accessibility.

It’s just a 5-minute bike ride from all essential amenities.

This room features a 90x200 cm bed with bedding, a desk, a wardrobe, a mirror, and a storage cabinet. Carefully chosen artwork and warm lighting create a peaceful, welcoming environment—perfect for students far from home.

All furniture is brand new, and both the room and the apartment have been fully renovated.

The apartment boasts a spacious kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave, air fryer, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, and waste separation bins. Each tenant is provided with an individual basket containing kitchen towels, cutlery, glasses, mugs, and plates. Additionally, newly purchased pots and pans are available for shared use.
