Female student wanted - multiple rooms available in the heart of Tilburg!

Are you an (exchange) student studying in Tilburg or the surrounding area, and are you looking for a nice room in a top location? Then we have something for you!

We have multiple rooms available immediately in our cozy student house on the Heuvelstraat, right in the center of Tilburg. The building consists of 16 rooms, all of which are available. Some rooms are furnished, others unfurnished - so there is something for everyone!

What can you expect?

- Rental prices vary between €460 and €660 per month, including gas, water, electricity 
- Minimum rental period: 1 year, maximum rental period: 2 years
- Cozy, spacious furnished living room to eat together or relax 
- Recently renovated kitchen with cooking island and modern appliances (incl. dishwasher) 
- Modern bathroom with double sink 
- A total of 4 showers and 4 toilets available 
- Washing machine and dryer available 
- Spacious terrace, bicycle shed and outdoor space
