--ABOUT THE ROOM--
-A room with lots of sunlight, in a quiet neighbourhood
-Furniture regards: bed with mattress, desk and chair, built-in closet.
-The room also has its own sink
--IMPORTANT--
-Only for students with valid proof of registration at University or HBO for the year 2025/2026.
-Only for students who are at least 18 years old and at most 25 years old when signing
-The student must have a SEPA Bank Account.
-Deposit is 1 month of rent, paid after signing
-Fixed rental until January 1st 2027
-Registration in the house is possible, of course!
