About the place

We are Cas (28) and Joeri (23) and we are looking for a new roommate starting in late June/early July! This is a 2022 fully renovated house in a quiet (dead-end street) and nature-rich area. We are looking for someone who also works full-time, as we left our student life behind a while ago. We eat together in the evening (when it's convenient) and sometimes drink a beer in town 🍻 Are you looking for a neat room/house in Tilburg? Then get in touch soon.

- This is a 14 m² room on the second floor with its own sink;
- The room has an LG air conditioner that can cool and heat;

The house further features:
- An extensive kitchen with combi oven, induction hob, steam oven, refrigerator and dishwasher;
- Also the living room/kitchen has an LG air conditioner that can cool and heat;
- Washer and dryer;
- Separate toilet (downstairs);
- Bathroom with sink, rain shower and toilet (1st floor);
- Living room with corner sofa and dining table;
- Extra fridge and freezer in the barn;
- Garden of 56 square meters.

- Supermarket PLUS Rooie Pannen at 3 minutes walking distance;
- Bus stop 3 minutes walking distance;
