About the place

Dear new housemate,

We're 3 guys (between the age of 22 to 35) living together in a nice house with four rooms and a shared kitchen and bathroom. We're looking for a new fitting roommate, for an indefinite period of at least 1 year. Foreign students or starters are highly appreciated. 
We're living in a properly clean and maintained house and always try to take one another in consideration. Therefore we're mostly keeping up with our own cleaning-schedule and made some agreements about cleaning up after ourselves. But we also like to take the time for relaxing and drinking a beer together. Besides, we also have a young house cat living here, approximately 10 years of age, called Donny. She's very sweet and is pretty awesome too. We all share in the costs and responsibility of taking care of her. 
The available room in question is one of the best and on the front side of the house. It has a big window with exterior roll-down shutters. The location is quite favorable, as it's on walking distance from the largest supermarket Albert Hein XL, the City center and Central station. And the house is positioned at the end of a peaceful housing courtyard, next to a brand-new city-park. 

Also available in the house:

* A shared living-room with TV, Nintendo64, Xbox and Nintendo Wii

* A clean kitchen including a microwave, oven and a fridge,

* A clean bathroom with shower and separate bathtub,

* Pantry with a dryer, washing-machine and a dishwasher,

* A garden (with nice hang-out) and a big shed (including freezer).

* And the rent includes gas, water, electricity, internet and TV.
