This room is located on the attic floor of my house (2 stairs). Equipped with its own bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The entrance is shared via the back door with me. 

My house is located in a quiet 1930s neighborhood. 3 minutes by bike from the city center and shops. The unique landscape park: the Moerenburg is around the corner. Tilburg University is nearby. suitable for 1 person. Interaction: I am available for questions and live in the house myself. Respect the privacy of the neighbors.

This 40m2 room is located on the attic floor of my house (2 flights of stairs). The entrance is shared via the gate and back door of the house. The studio cannot be closed off with a door.

Parking in the area is free, possibility to charge electric car in front of the door.
Central station at 15 minutes walking distance.
