- Registration with the municipality of Tilburg is mandatory.

SELECTION PROCEDURE
The room is available for both short- and long-term rental to students enrolled at Tilburg University. 

Although the following criteria are not mandatory requirements, preference will be given to candidates who meet both of the following conditions:
- The candidate is enrolled in a study program with a remaining duration of 4 to 24 months; and
- The candidate is not currently registered in the municipality of Tilburg (newly arriving student).
