About the place

Hello, As from April we are looking for a new house-mate. A person having a tidy and sociable character. Someone working or studying would have our preference. 

One of our current house-mates has decided she needed to go live with her partner :) 

Soon we'll  be left with three only. 2M/1F aged between 20 and 39. 

We have  spacious one family house. Close to the Elisabeth hospital and the Fontys/ROC schools at Stappegoor. We share a living-room, Kitchen and bathroom. There are 2 toilets.
There is a dishwasher and dryer. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer and double microwave ovens. Also we have a nice garden with a BBQ. There is a secure place to park a bicycle. 

During the day we tend to do our daily things, and you'll hardly notice that we are with four people.
Meaning; there is enough privacy but we regularly have time to talk and have a beer during dinner.  We try to respect each others schedule and 
work together to keep the house liveable. 
 
The rental price is including g/w/e, internet/wifi , there is a of one months rent warranty .
