The apartment rent is €1600 in total, the apartment has 100m2 with a balcony. The room for rent is 20m2 with a king size bed and is rented for a couple or an individual. If a couple comes to the apartment then the rent is €535 per person, if only one person comes then it is €800 per person.

In case one person comes, all the rooms in the apartment are shared. If a couple comes, they will get their own private living room + bedroom.
