Please mind that before appointing a room in my house to a tenant as co-resident, it is necessary to meet here in person and have the rooms checked and judged by the candidate personally. Online meeting is no option, as the housing concept is shared housing, which requires personal meeting and experiencing the facilities and house rules in person. 
In 15 min. with shuttle-bus (4 times per hour) from bus stop 'Gentiaanlaan' to Technical University, Fontys, railway station and city center Eindhoven; in 10 min. to business parks 'Esp', 'Ekkersrijt' and 'Science Park Eindhoven'. Nearest supermarket on 500 m. from home; 20 restaurants & bars + 4 supermarkets on just 3 min. drive in Son center.
Bicycle available. 2 times per week common space cleaning by house owner (being co-resident), speaking English, German and Dutch. 
Co-tenants are two students IT and house owner. Large shared kitchen with your own large fridge and locker; shared bathroom, 2 toilets, laundry machine, laundry drying-space, illuminated bicycle shed, large garden and parking places aside the house. 

1rst floor: 6 sq.m. fully furnished room with high speed internet, fan and fixed carpeting. Large 2.2 m high wardrobe, large schelves, large window,  central heating and darkening curtains. €  495,= all-in/month (from 4 months).
