About the place

Jointly with three other international people you might come to live in this comfortable, safe and clean house. Your room is peaceful and the area is quiet. Besides renting a room (small 575 euro and bigger 775 euro) you can use also part of the living room (with TV), the full equipped kitchen, the bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, but also the hall and toilet downstairs. It is about living peacefully together in a tidy house, where there is space to be yourself and to be in balance with others. The price is an all in price. There is glass fiber internet and a washing machine. The idea is that you will rent the place till the first of July 2025. When everything goes well it is in the plan to extend the contracts for another 6 months and again and again. The rental fee will increase a bit according to Dutch laws by the first of July 2025.
