In the beautiful and centrally located town of Soest, we offer student rooms and nearly independent studios in a well-maintained shared house of approximately 140 m². Soest is excellently situated: from nearby Baarn station, you can quickly reach Amsterdam, and there is a direct train connection to Utrecht. Amersfoort and Utrecht are also easily accessible by car, public transport, or even by bike. In addition, there is a convenient bus connection to Utrecht Science Park.

The house is tidy, highly energy-efficient, and meets all daily living needs. Tenants share a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (including a refrigerator, gas stove, cookware, and tableware). A shared washing machine is available, and high-speed WiFi is included. There are three shared toilets in the building. A shared garden is located at both the front (22 m²) and the back (50 m²) of the house. One studio includes a private balcony.

The rooms and studios are rented unfurnished. However, the shared spaces, including the communal kitchen/living area, are furnished.
