The room has laminate flooring and broadband internet. 
Kitchen, bathroom, toilet, washing machine and garden are shared.

Both public transport (bus/train) and downtown/Market of Sittard are reachable within minutes. 
Also institutions of higher education are very close (Hogeschool Zuyd, Fontys etc.).

Rental price €350,- per month (+ an advance payment of €50 for G/W/L, internet etc).

The room is only rented to students, people who come for their education, to do an internship or similar.
