About the place

In a modern mansion in the center of Sittard, only 15 minutes train from Maastricht.
We offer you a studio with kitchenette on 2nd floor of a beautiful mansion, in a rustic center, opposite a big park, in an avenue of greenery. Only 10 min. from the station, 15 minutes from Zuyderland Hospital and Brightland Campus, 1 min. from the shopping center.
The room has insulated glazing and is furnished, with bed, table, chairs, desk, and a big cupboard. There are cooking and eating facilities, a fridge, microwave, and a vacuum cleaner. Of course there is wifi and TV connection, a safe place to store your bike and facilities for your laundry.
At the same floor lives another student, the ground floor and 1st floor is for the landlady.
We are looking for a friendly, quiet (working) student who likes privacy.
