About the living space
Please note: The studios can only be rented out for a maximum of 6 consecutive months.

Equestrum's studios are perfect for today's students. They are comfortable, feel like a real home and offer everything you need. The studios are furnished with a mix of a luxurious look with great comfort. There is room for privacy as well as for conviviality. Students will also be staying in the other studios. The studios come with a general recreation room with a kitchen, a sitting area and a TV where you can sit alone or with others. Perfect for both relaxation and sociality.
 
Equestrum also has a very convenient location on the Ommedijk of Schipluiden, surrounded by both nature and civilization. Within cycling distance is a supermarket, several gyms, several sports complexes, the Chardon stable, fine nature, walking and cycling paths, entertainment options and terraces, various village and city centers (Delft, Den Hoorn, Schipluiden), Delft station, a bus station within walking distance and various universities and schools.
 
There are a total of 8 studios available, which means that your neighbors consist of other nice students. The price includes €950 per month (including service and cleaning costs). The room itself is 19m2 in size, excluding the shared living room with a few other studios. Each studio has its own bathroom with a toilet, shower and washbasin. The space also contains everything else needed to live comfortably: a bed, a workplace including a desk and a storage space.
