Luminous and wide room in elegant area of Schiedam, furnished, 26 sqm. Part of a lovely '30s house with plenty of original decorations, as you can see from the pictures.

I'm looking exclusively for an international Ms/PhD student or a young professional studying or working in Rotterdam, who does need a quite and elegant place: far enough from the madding crowd in order to relax and yet within 10-20 min bike from the Rotterdam center to experience such stimulating city.

you can reach Erasmus MC and even EUR or RSM with less than half an hour by bike and/or metro!

You get a standard contract according to the Dutch Law, which - if you need it - you can use to register to the City Hall.
