About the place

Furnished room 16 sqm, full of light. Part of a lovely '30s house with plenty of original decorations, as you can see from the pictures.

I'm looking exclusively for an international Ms/PhD student or a young professional studying or working in Rotterdam, who does need a quite and elegant place: far enough from the madding crowd in order to relax and yet within 10-20 min bike from the Rotterdam center to experience such stimulating city.

Zipcode is 3116HK, but you can reach Erasmus MC and even EUR or RSM with less than half an hour by bike and/or metro!

You get a standard contract according to the Dutch Law, which - if you need it - you can use to register to the City Hall.
