A room on the top floor of a private waterfront townhouse in the west part of Rotterdam 7 km from the center. The room is 21m2 with private ensuite bathroom and roof terrace. 
The room can be furnished to your wishes. Registration possible. You can use a bicycle, wifi and membership to the gym.
To be clear, this is a room in a private residence shared with the owner.
If you are looking for a room to live the wild student life, this is NOT it. :)
