A room on the top floor of a private waterfront townhouse in the west part of Rotterdam 7 km from the center or for instance the WdKA. The room is 21m2 with private ensuite bathroom and roof terrace. 
The room can be furnished to your wishes. Registration possible. You can use a bicycle, wifi, mobile phone subscription and membership to the gym.
To be clear. This is a room in a private residence.
If you are looking for a room to live the wild student life, this is NOT it. :)
