About the place

Room on the top floor of a private waterfront townhouse in the west part of Rotterdam 7 km from the center or for instance the WdKA. The room is 21m2 with private ensuite bathroom and roof terrace. 
The room can be furnished to your wishes. Registration possible. You can use a bicycle, wifi and membership to the gym. The house will be shared with the male owner. The owner appreciates cleanliness and a calm atmosphere.
So if you are looking for a room to live the wild student life, this is NOT it.
