About the place

Hi everyone!
I’m looking for someone to take over my rental contract for a fully furnished room in Schiedam starting May 1st. The room is 16 m² with a rent of €500 per month, including utilities (Wi-Fi, gas, water, electricity). The bathroom and toilet are shared with two other roommates. The rental period is indefinite, and registration is available.
The room is located 35 minutes from TU Delft and 30 minutes from the center of Rotterdam.
The landlord requires a male student.
