About the place

Hi all,

A room will be available in our beautiful house from the 15th of August. 
The room is located in the center of Schiedam, close to supermarket and shops. The station is 10min walking,  tram 5min away and Rotterdam centrum is 20min by bike.
The room will come furnished as in the picture.
You will be sharing the room with an Italian girl in her early twenties. 
The apartment is really spacious and full of light with a big leaving room and kitchen. The room has direct access to a wonderful terrace with tables.
Rent is 950 utilities included with one deposit, registration is possible.
Viewings will take place Saturday 2nd of August.
