About the place

Hey room-seekers! A room is now available in the heart of Schiedam. Right outside your door are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars! In the apartment there are three other residents, (one working couple that lives on the upper floor and will share the kitchen and living room at times, but rarely, and the other a female young professional). The room comes with a bed and a desk and you will have access to the balcony from your room as well. The rent is €950 euros a month including utilities, and it is available as soon as possible (looking for someone to start by at least October 11th). If you’re interested and are available to come by for a viewing Friday (Oct 4th) morning or Tuesday (Oct 8th) afternoon/evening, send me a message. Looking for a working individual or working student but it is flexible based on proof of finances. Registration is possible and the contract is 6 months to a year with the possibility of renewal.
