About the place

A very nice and good appartment with very good public transportation Schiedam:

2 minute cycling to train station Schiedam:

- 7 min to delft
- 17 min to Den Haag
- 27 min to Leiden
-  60 min to Amsterdam

There are three bedrooms and a nice spacious living room to get together or maybe watch some tv or play some fun games.
Of course there is a toilet and bath room and last but not least a fine balcony for a fantastic view over some nice water/little park.
Supermarkets few are nearby like Aldi and Dirk van der Broek. Other shops are also nearby with in 5 minutes.

Friends also welcome to rent together if needed.

An new air refresh machine in kitchen, new refridgerator and a new waschine machine are installed begin august 2022!
So be almost the first to use it!
