This authentic terraced house is a very nice place to live. It is equipped with three bedrooms, open living space and a spacious roof terrace. The house exudes a lot of coziness with a pleasant facade. Are you coming to view this house?

The house is located in the child-friendly Schiedam residential area "De Gorzen". This is a cozy and lively neighborhood, but still has a village feeling. All necessary facilities such as the supermarket and local shops are within walking distance and primary schools and daycare centers are also nearby. Train station is a 10-minute bike ride away.

Layout Ground floor

Upon entering the hall you will find a closet and direct access to the living area. The living area consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen. You can create a lovely seating area around this and it immediately gives the room a cozy atmosphere. The large window at the front provides plenty of light and the floor has laminate flooring.

The kitchen is simple and neat with white kitchen cabinets, a wooden worktop and white subway tiles on the wall. It is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher and enough space in the kitchen cabinets. Additional space can be found in the utility room at the back of the house. There is also a bar where bar stools can be placed. This way you can have a nice dinner here!

The bathroom can be reached via the kitchen and has a neat appearance due to the black and white tiles. Here you can relax with a shower cabin, wall-mounted toilet and washbasin. 

First floor

The first floor can be reached via the spiral staircase in the living room. The two bedrooms and a separate toilet are located here. The master bedroom is over 16m2 and offers access to a spacious roof terrace! The other room is a bit smaller but can therefore be perfectly arranged as a smaller bedroom. The choice is yours! Do you need extra storage space? This is possible in the attic, which can be reached via a loft ladder in the hall. 

Outdoor space

The spacious roof terrace of this house is a very nice spot in this house! It can be reached via the master bedroom and is no less than 20.9 m2, which makes it very spacious. This makes it easy to create a sitting or dining area. An ideal place to start in the morning with a cup of coffee, or to relax at the end of the day with a delicious dinner!
