From the end of July, a cool room of approximately 27 m2 floor area will be available on the 1st floor. 
This room has partly sloped and partly straight walls and costs €595 all inclusive, so including energy, waste removal, sewer, fiber internet, water, etc.
There is a nice backyard which also has the bike storage.
In the house, 3 women aged 22, 25, and 29 will continue to live.
You'll  share the communal kitchen, bathroom, and utility room.
 For the 4 residents, there are 2 large fridge/freezers in the kitchen.
It is not a party house, but a place where you can relax after your workday or study for your exams. The marketsquare , with all the terraces, is just a few minutes walk away.
 A number of supermarkets are nearby.
We are looking for a m/f aged 21-29 who fits this.
