A house in a quiet location. It is a 10-minute walk to the train station and 5 minutes to grocery stores and cafés. The train ride to Apeldoorn takes 28 minutes; there is also a connection to Enschede. The area is peaceful, and free parking is available. It’s a cozy space—everything you need to relax after a workday. Smoking and parties are not permitted. A rental agreement is required, and registration is mandatory for residents.
