This quiet, non-smoking house with a garden is located in the city center, a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride from the station. Two bicycles are also available for rent. Free parking is available on site. All necessary utensils, bed linens, and towels are provided. A rental agreement is required. Suitable for couples, families without children, or singles. Strictly no animals!The owner lives on the top floor. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building and adjacent areas. Parties are also prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.
