Dear prospective tenant,

We are looking for a female tenant between the ages of 20 and 26. Hygiene and cleanliness are very important to the current housemate. We are looking for someone who is tidy, calm, and respectful.

The house is fully furnished — all you need are your personal belongings and bedding!

The current tenant is a quiet, social university student who highly values a clean and organized home. Household chores are shared fairly to ensure smooth co-living. As long as these agreements are respected, we don’t expect any issues to arise between you.
