About the place

Furnished room inside of a spacious two level apartment close to Rotterdam central station (8 min walk). The room comes with a bed, bedside tables, cabinet and a full desk. Storage space is situated in an adjacent room beneath the stairs, secondary storage available in the basement of the building.

The apartment is shared with myself, I am a young professional working full time in the Rotterdam region. I value cleanliness but l like to make the house a comfortable place. The shared spaces include a living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen. The living room has a large TV for great movie nights and the dining room is big enough for drinks or dinner nights with friends. The apartment is in a quiet family friendly part of the city, just around the corner you will find cafe's like Le Nord or La Cazuela. 

I am looking for a roommate that is also a young professional or finishing their studies, preferably between 24-30 years old. I am from South Africa, therefore I prefer English speaking people but I would love to learn Spanish or French. I enjoy the fitness lifestyle so if you are into that too, that is a big plus for me.
