About the place

I'm looking for someone to rent my room in a nice shared apartment in Rotterdam.
The apartment's in a good spot, with easy access to the city. It's just a 2-minute bike ride from the Maastunnel, so it's easy to reach Rotterdam city centre in only 10–15 minutes by bike, which is the city's most popular mode of transport. You've got supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and other daily essentials all within walking distance, so you can live comfortably and conveniently. The room's in a multicultural area, so there are lots of nice restaurants nearby. One of the best things about it is the big balcony. The balcony is officially shared, but right now it's just being used by me, giving me a private spot to enjoy the fresh air and sun.
You'll be sharing the apartment with two very friendly, respectful and easy-going roommates who help create a welcoming and comfortable living atmosphere. The house is calm and harmonious, so you'll feel right at home from day one.
