Looking for a cozy room with a kingsize bed on the top floor with a nice view and terrace? This room is perfect for you! 
You can take a shower or bath in the bathroom or cook and enjoy a meal in the kitchen if you keep everything tidy and clean. No smoking in the room! only on the terrace. On the foto’s you only see a bed but soon there will be a desk and a chair. 

Peaceful location in a safe neighborhood, ideal for students.
Everything you need is within reach:
- Supermarkets – Lidl just 30 seconds walk. Jumbo or Albert Heijn 10 min walk.
- Gym: Fitness America 30 seconds walk.
- Public Transport – station Schenkel: metro and bus.  5 min walk
- Food & Fast Food – McDonald’s, KFC, Subway, Sushi restaurant. 10 min walk
- Erasmus University – 15 min by public transport

VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

- Gas, water, electricity and internet are all included (but please be mindful of your usage 😉)
- Minimum rental period: 3 months 
- Maximum rental period: None
- No couples or roommates! The room is available for 1 person only! Due to nuisance and consumption.
Visits are allowed. Sleepovers also allowed, but it has to be let known before.
