About the place

As I will be going abroad temporarily, I am looking for a tenant for my room from March 28 until July 17, 2026.

The room is 16 m² and located in a cozy and bright apartment of 75 m². The room is fully furnished, and the apartment has a spacious living room and a south-facing balcony. The house is equipped with all conveniences, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven. Please be aware that smoking is not allowed inside the appartment.

You will be sharing the apartment with my friendly housemate (F, 32) and her cat Artemis 🐱.

The apartment is located in Delfshaven, a charming and lively neighborhood in Rotterdam. It is within walking distance of the Coolhaven and Delfshaven metro stations, and several supermarkets are nearby. By bike, you can reach Rotterdam Central Station and the city center within 10 minutes.
