About the place

Hello,
Starting March 9, my room will become available in Overschie. The room is about 12 m² and includes a bed, curtains, and a clothing rack. The apartment is partially furnished. As the new tenant, you will be living with two older students, one English-speaking and one Dutch-speaking.

You will share the living room and kitchen with your housemates. The apartment has two bathrooms. Right next to the room is a bathroom that you will share with one of the other housemates. The second bathroom is located in one of the other bedrooms.
It is a relatively quiet house where everyone mostly does their own thing, but people are considerate of each other. The location is perfect if you study in Delft, for example. The bus to TU Delft stops right outside the door, and you can reach Rotterdam Central Station within 15 minutes by bus.
