About the place

Im looking for a NON SMOKER/non alcohol, cat lover, social, friendly, relaxed, quiet, honest, trustworthy, reliable, tidy, neat, clean and orderly expat / working, who knows how to live with people and is also able to close doors softly. I have pets 4 cats + 1 rabbit.  Every one is to live their own lifes but we like to be social towards eachother even the cats are social. 🙂 Say hello, have a chat and smetimes we share food. So, if u are a very private person than u do not fit in our group of total 3. 
I live on the 3rd floor, are you able to go up the stairs? Then I have for you a sunny room for rent at a christian owner in Delfshaven, within walking distance of the Dijkzigt hospital/Erasmus MC university + SKVR.
Central located to public transport, located between metro Delfshaven and Coolhaven, driving trams are 4 and 8, shopping street, a small market and is about 20min walking distance of the downtown.
