About the place

The room is approximately 17 m² and unfurnished, located in a shared student house with 6 residents, including a shared living room/kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The current rent is €460 per month; for the next tenant the rent will be recalculated according to housing regulations, meaning the final rent may change, and rent allowance is possible. The contract will be for an indefinite period, with availability expected around April. We are looking for a full-time student (maximum age 22) who is social and enjoys spending time with housemates; smoking and pets are allowed. selected candidates will be invited for a house viewing (hospiteeravond).
