About the place

Room at Willem Buytewechstraat available from May 1st.

Charming apartment in Delfshaven with just a 10–15 minute bike ride to the city center. Enjoy a drink on the terrace in old Delfshaven or take a walk through Het Park. In the summer take a dip at Little C or get some fresh air by the Maas.

A quick introduction of your roomie: Sven (31), works for a logistics start-up (in Delfshaven) and is a big fan of electronic music (disco, house, techno and everything in between). It would be nice to find someone who shares the same passion. You'll be sharing the appartement with my cat Frou Frou.

The room is approx 12m² and is located next to the living room. With a smart layout, it feels more spacious. From late morning to late afternoon you'll have the sun shining in beautifully. 

The apartment is on the 4th floor. At the front is the living room and separated by stained-glass doors you have the dining area and my bedroom. At the back you’ll find the toilet/shower, kitchen and balcony.

Amenities include: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and fiber-optic internet. The temperature can be adjusted remotely and per room with Tado.

If you're a bit tidy, appreciate a nicely decorated apartment and aren't a party animal during the week send me a message.
