Erasmus University(EUR) is 12 minutes by bike. The Markthal, train and metro station Blaak are within walking distance. It’s surrounded by popular shopping streets, supermarkets, open market, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and other commercial facilities. 

The apartment is on the 15th floor accessible by two lifts. Shared areas are entry hall, washing room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom with a bath and shower. 

The kitchen is equipped with cooking plates/oven/fridge/microwave. The washing machine is in the washing room.

The rooms are provided with a bed with mattress, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe. Bring your own furniture is also possible.

Rental includes use of furniture and all facilities, water, gas, electricity, heating, service charges and municipal taxes and WIFI internet. Deposit is two-months rental. Tenancy agreement with landlord directly. Registration at the city hall possible.
