ABOUT DE EENDRACHT
De Eendracht houses 250 modern student homes designed for comfort and convenience. Each residence features oak-look PVC flooring with floor heating, white walls, and a soothing atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, and fridge. The sleeping zone has a comfortable bed and a wardrobe, while the bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

Everything is move-in ready - from furniture and kitchenware to freshly finished walls. Perfect for students who want to focus on their studies while enjoying the city.

LOCATION
Living at Eendrachtsplein means you’re surrounded by the best of Rotterdam: trendy cafés, shops, cultural hotspots, and vibrant city life. Erasmus MC and Erasmus University College are just a short bike ride away, while metro and tram stops are around the corner.

ABOUT THE CONTRACT

- Short-stay campus contract (min. 1 month, max. 6 months)
- Contract extension or renewal is not possible
- Proof of enrolment at a Dutch educational institution in Rotterdam is required

Initially, the residences at De Eendracht are reserved for:
- International students arriving in the Netherlands
- Students starting a new study in Rotterdam who are not registered in or currently living in the municipality of Rotterdam
- Exchange students
