About the place

Neat room in Rotterdam South.

So the plan right now is:
-the room is empty for 3 weeks and ready to be viewed
-after these 3 weeks , my mother wants to visit me for Christmas for about 3 weeks.
-around 5 Jan she will leave and the room is aviable for a long or short period.

Bit about me.
I am 44 years old and I work 3 days a week in a lab.
Got a dog , she is old. If you want to bring your pet , that is cool with me.

I rented this room 4 times before , my previous tenants were :

-A woman from Iran for 2 months.
-A woman from Latvia for 7 months.
-A man from Latvia for 5 months.
-A woman from China for 4 months.

I try to reply to all messages but I think it will be too much..expect to get 75+ messages , like last time.
Would love a tenant that speaks English well. Also you need to like dogs
