About the place

Hi All,

A spacious and furnished room is available temporarily for months of February and March as I will be going away on a work assignment.
The house is located in a nice neighbourhood close to Rotterdam Centraal Station fully furnished. Shared living, kitchen and bathroom with separate toilets on each floor. House is 4 bedroom and you will share with one Italian girl and Indian boy both working and around 27 years old.
Rent would be 825 per month including all utilities (also WiFi) and a security deposit of 200 which of course will be returned at the end of your stay!
