About the place

Hello there.

We are Anna and Charles, two flatmates and friends looking for a third member in the Vroesenfamily. We are both young workers (33 yo, software developer/ 34 yo, musician and designer) and now have a free room ~11m² (on first 3 pictures: room with corner windows and white desk). We are looking for someone 28 yo or above (also young worker) to stay long term. The room is free from mid-August onwards and registration is possible.

The flat is located in front of Vroesenpark, in the Blijdorp area. It consists of three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, a bright living room with small balcony (park view), a bathroom, and a small storage room. The room comes with the bed (incl. mattress and carpet), the inbuilt sideboard next to the bed and the white desk. It has a lot of additional storage space in the inbuilt shelves below the bed and the wall closet.

The rent is 618€, including electricity, gas, water, and internet. Water and garbage taxes are paid separately.

A little bit about us: we are relaxed and social sentient life forms, open-minded and curious to the world. Anna is an avid reader and movie enthusiast, likes to go to (queer) events and enjoys different types of sports. Charles loves to make music, is a great gardener and takes care of our indoor plants and downstairs tree space (zelfbeheer), and enjoys playing video games. We both love going to music events (anything between an organ concert in the morning and a rave at night), to hanging in the park, and cooking delicious meals or baking sweet treats. We also enjoy a clean functional living space, and all do our bit to keep it so. A closed door is a sacred space of course - but we also like to spontaneously hang out together in the living room.
