Are you a student looking for a comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained room in Rotterdam? Then this room could be a great fit for you.

You will rent a spacious and bright room of approximately 20 m² in a well-maintained apartment, shared with only one other housemate: a 20-year-old student who will soon start a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. The room features large windows across the entire width, providing plenty of natural daylight. You will also have direct access to the south-facing balcony and a spacious three-door wardrobe.

The atmosphere in the apartment is calm and relaxed. Everyone enjoys their own privacy, while there is always room for a friendly chat or an occasional dinner together.

The location is ideal for students. Erasmus University Rotterdam – Woudestein Campus can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by bike. Public transport connections are excellent: Kralingse Zoom metro station is around 10 minutes away by bus, providing easy access to the metro, and Alexandrium Shopping Center can also be reached in approximately 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets such as Albert Heijn and Jumbo are within a 10-minute walk or just a few minutes away by bicycle. The apartment is also only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Kralingse Bos, perfect for a relaxing walk, a run, or simply enjoying nature.

You will share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet, and storage room. The apartment is kept clean and well organised, and we use a shared cleaning schedule to ensure the living environment remains pleasant for everyone.

The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

We are looking for a quiet, responsible, and tidy student (male or female) who is currently enrolled in, or about to start, an MBO, HBO, or university programme. Someone who values a peaceful home, respects shared spaces, and contributes to a pleasant living environment.
