About the place

Hello! I am a student who's about to go on exchange abroad until the end of January 2026, and I'm looking for another student, preferably on exchange, to takeover my room until then. 

The room is quite small but the house is lovely and very well placed, right in the Oude Delfshaven neighbourhood, and a five minute walk from the metro.

You'll be living with two Polish housemates, who are studying in Rotterdam full time. 

Deposit is two months of rent exc.l utilities (total of 1156) and rent is 661. Let me know if you're interested and I look forward to meeting you!
