About the place

We are looking for a female student between the ages of 19-24. 
The house is shared with one male (21) and one female (20), we are both Dutch. We are open to internationals but prefer someone who is Dutch speaking. We’re seeking someone who values a calm living space and understands that this is not an overly social household—ideal for someone who prefers a more relaxed environment. The rent is 626 per month, which includes all bills except for Wi-Fi (approximately 14/month). We’re looking for someone who is clean, mindful of shared spaces, and just a nice person. We do also have a small balcony. 
It is located within a 10 minute walk to Erasmus MC, close to metro station Dijkzigt as well as a bus (32) and tram (4) line. It is also close to an Albert Heijn, Dirk, and a Lidl. 
About us:
I’m Jelmer, I am a Dutch student who is studying history EUR and I am in my second year. I love travelling to new countries, listening to music, and hanging out with friends. When I am home I like to watch movies and read. 

I’m Saskia and I am in my first year of pedagogical sciences at EUR. I play volleyball and I work as a Dutch/English teacher. At home I often like to relax by watching movies in my room or baking.
