Located in het Oude Noorden (the Old North), it's nearby any facility you might need (5 min bike ride to Central Station and city centre). The place is spacious for two people, as it used to house 4 people. Hence, you rent both a bedroom (14m2) and an extra room (9m2), which can be used as study room/art studio/etc. Furthermore, we share the (huge) living room, kitchen and bathroom. There's currently both a washing machine and a dish washer, so I consider it to be very luxurious.

You'll share the house with me, Niek. I currently work 4-days a week and next to that, I study philosophy on part-time basis. Hence, it would be great if you're independent, but of course we should have fun and socialise in the evenings (cooking, dining together, drinks/watch TV shows, etc). Obviously I'd be especially interested in roomies that can provoke some new thoughts in the house ;)

The place is furnished, but it won't be a problem if you'd like to bring your own stuff. Clearly the house has lots of space left to fill, as you'll see on the pictures.
As I can't provide descriptions with the photos: there are balconies on both sides, so we have sun all-day round. The living room is setup with TV, Hi-Fi audio, playstation, and lots of plants :) Kitchen is decent, includes an oven and plenty of storage next to a large fridge. The room with the red carpet is your future bedroom, the next picture is the extra room. I've included pictures of my extra room (study room), to provide an idea of the space. Hope this helps to figure out the house!
